KISS - "Destroyer" (1976)
In January 1976, Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss and Ace Frehley were very enthusiastic about recording a new material at New York City's Record Plant. They were under gentle pressure because their previous album called "Alive!" was very successful. It was even awarded Gold record (over half of a million copies of it had been sold). So, KISS had to meet the expectations of the fans who were very proud of all their four earlier albums. Eventually, it was certain that "Destroyer" (record number 5 in a row) would be both an exceptional and a famous piece of music. The opening song Detroit Rock City is one of the best tough music tracks that has ever been recorded. But the whole LP is also one of the best in KISS career. Surprisingly, the only sentimental song on this LP called Beth, which was composed by the drummer - Peter Criss, had become a great hit. The female fans were especially attracted to it.

KISS - "Niszczyciel" (1976)
W styczniu 1976 roku Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss i Ace Frehley z wielkim entuzjazmem ustosunkowali się do nagrania materiału na nową płytę w studiu wytwórni płytowej w Nowym Jorku. Odczuwali delikatną presję, ponieważ ich poprzedni album pod tytułem Alive! ("Na żywo") przyniósł im duży sukces. Album osiągnął status złotej płyty (sprzedano ponad pół miliona sztuk tej płyty). Tak więc, KISS musieli sprostać oczekiwaniom fanów, którzy byli bardzo dumni z ich czterech wcześniejszych albumów. Beth, który został skomponowany przez perkusistę - Petera Crissa, stał się wielkim hitem. Fankom KISS podobał się on w szczególności.
