DYS is one of the greatest hardcore straight edge bands. Their first LP came out in the early 1980s. DYS belongs to the Boston hardcore
scene. An LP "Brotherhood" is regarded as their best. It was re-released under the name of "Wolfpack". DYS is an underground band. They
are not as famous as MINOR THREAT or YOUTH OF TODAY. The lyrics of "Wolfpack"
(see the left side of this page) make us believe that straight edge differs from both punk and other hardcore branches.
DYS to jedna z najwspanialszych kapel hardcore straight edge. Ich pierwszy LP ukazał się na początku lat 80. XX wieku. DYS należy do bostońskiej sceny hardcore. Za ich najlepszą płytę uznaje się LP "Brotherhood" ("Braterstwo"). Została ona wydana ponownie pod inną nazwą tj. "Wolfpack" ("Stado wilków, Wataha"). DYS to podziemny zespół. Nie jest tak sławny jak MINOR THREAT czy YOUTH OF TODAY.
